MANAGING TENANTS
We help manage tenants through
- Screening and selection of potential tenants,
- Preparation of Lease Agreements/Contracts with the approval of the Landlord/Owner,
- Rent Collection,
- Providing active leasing program in order to fully lease/rent the property, and
- Issuing delinquent, demand letters and summons for court appearance to tenants when and where applicable to manage delinquency.
PROPERTY UPKEEP & LANDSCAPING
Property upkeep & landscaping services include
- General maintenance and repairs of properties (including cleaning, renovations, painting, etc.),
- Lawn & Garden care,
- Cleaning and maintenance of parking lots, roadways, curbs, and sidewalks,
- Conducting regular and frequent inspections to ensure that the properties are being properly maintained, and
- Providing active supervision of caretakers and all site staff.
REPORTING
REPORTING
We email convenient monthly financial statements to the owner on rental disbursement.

Managing Director
Felton Beneby Sr. is responsible for all operational management functions at TRUST MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Mr. Beneby, a graduate of the College of the Bahamas (now University of the Bahamas), comes to TRUST MANAGEMENT with over thirty-five (35) years of experience in the field of property management and thirty-seven (37) years of commercial and offshore banking. ELDORA BENEBY
Deputy Managing Director
Eldora Beneby, wife of Felton Beneby has over 25 years of experience in property management prior to working full time in Trust Management Company. Mrs. Beneby a trained Registered Nurse, achieved her M.Sc. in Professional Counsellor Specialized in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy from the University of the West Indies. Additionally, she was trained in the Clinical Management of HIV and AIDS and Effective Management of Non-communicable Diseases in the 21st Century.
